A while ago I decided to go work in Italy for half a year so I could learn Italian on location. This is a good idea, and I'm sticking with it, but I need someone who can help me find a place to stay and a job.
So anyone living in Florence right now with some know-how or helpful tips, please report for some chat.
Ciao Joshua, you should tell us your monthly budget for a rent and you should also send us your CV at marketing@studentsville.it ... And...In bocca al lupo (Good luck)!!!!
Well, I have a decent amount of spare change up front, before I go to Italy. To take care of any financial problems I couldn't foresee. I don't know what my monthly income will be yet, since I'm still looking for a job. I don't suppose I'll be earning much more than minimum wage, though.
I have a year experience in restaurant, mostly bar-tending, but also kitchen work and management. And I have half a year of experience as a technical helpdesk supporter. I speak fluent French, Dutch and English and speak a very reasonable German.
