 SUBJECT: Beware renting from Luopu on Via Rondinelli!

Just to warn any would-be renters of a double room sometimes for rent on Via Rondinelli in central Florence. The location was great, but when it was all said and done and we trusted our third room-mate/ renter to return our 700 euro security deposit. She alledged that we had damaged our room and tried to make us pay for restoration of the 50 year old dingy furniture that we had used for merely 6 months.

Now she won't even return our emails asking to see digital fotos of this $900 of supposed "damage". Get your deposit back asap before you go wherever u rent and my advice is don't rent from Luopu Pewu if you want to save some money, and be treated fairly
