i'm student at apicius school ( the culinary insitute of florence), would like to suggest everyone who thinking of taking cooking course @ this school " please think carefully" - okk if u wanna be a good house wife/husband, u're on the right track but if u wanna be a professional chef go somewhere else like CIA , le cordon bleu or ecole grenoire ferrandi in paris...
