Have you ever wanted to cook like an Italian? This is a great opportunity to learn with the best cookers in the world! Our cooking lessons in Florence, offer a unique opportunity to experience at the first hand the Italian cuisine techniques and recipes that have developed and handed down over generations. Our cooking classes allow you to get in deep in the Tuscan culture and lifestyle. You will learn how to cook Italian authentic dishes from pasta to pastries in an informal and friendly environment. Our ingredients are: passion for Italian food with a lot of fun in doing it.
We have 3 types of courses:
1) Learn how to cook a complete Italian meal in 4 lessons Together with our Chef, you will learn in each lesson a wide range of Antipasti ( Starters), including “Crostini” and “Bruschetta”. Second lesson is all about PASTA, when you will roll out your own pasta in the authentic way, with typical Tuscan fillings and delicious sauces. Third Lesson teaches you how to cook the second course base on meat dishes like “Tagliata with green pepper sauce and baked vegetables”. The fourth and last lesson is all about Desserts, like Panna Cotta and Tiramissù. Price: just 30 euro/person for each lesson - 4 lessons = 100 euros (book of recipes and ingredients included) When : Every Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 7:30pm
2) Italian Cooking Workshops Learn how to prepare the most famous dishes of the Italian Kitchen: Pasta Fresca/Pizza/Ice-Cream/Tiramissù (Dessert) Price: just 15 euro/person for each workshop - 4 workshops = 40 euros Meeting Time - Every Mondays & Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 7:30pm
3) Master of Italian Cooking Intensive Course of Italian Cuisine. 4 Hours a day for 30 days. Total: 80 hours/month. This course is divided in 2 parts. In the first part you have for 15 days, a 3 hours course with a specialized Italian Cooking Teacher. Total: 45 hours. After that you start to apply all your cooking techniques in a stage hold a real Italian restaurant. 4 hours/day for other 15 days. Total: 40 hours.
